Your agreement as a TallyBoxHQ member

Agreement Overview

This Member Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms between you ("Member") and 3SHTech Ltd ("Company") regarding your membership and use of TallyBoxHQ. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Membership Tiers

TallyBoxHQ offers the following membership tiers:

Free Tier

Access to core financial tracking features, including multi-currency accounts, dashboard analytics, Peace of Mind Score, and basic statement imports. Subject to fair usage limits.

Paid Tiers (Coming Soon)

Enhanced features including advanced analytics, unlimited statement imports, priority support, and additional household capabilities. Pricing and availability will be communicated in advance.

Member Responsibilities

As a TallyBoxHQ member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and ongoing use.
  • Maintain the security of your account by using strong passwords and enabling available security features.
  • Comply with our Code of Conduct.
  • Not share, sell, or transfer your account access to any unauthorised party.
  • Promptly update your information if it changes.

Household Sharing

TallyBoxHQ supports household sharing with the following terms:

  • A maximum of two members per household (one Primary, one Partner).
  • The Primary member retains administrative control, including the ability to invite, remove, and manage household settings.
  • Both members have full visibility into shared accounts and financial data.
  • Household invitations are sent via secure invite codes and must be accepted voluntarily.
  • Either member may leave the household at any time. The Primary member may remove the Partner.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to TallyBoxHQ but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and system updates.
  • Unplanned technical issues or infrastructure outages.
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance and restore service promptly during unplanned outages.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement:

  • By you: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.tallyboxhq@3shtech.com.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Portability

You have the right to request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format. To request data export, contact us at support.tallyboxhq@3shtech.com. We will fulfil your request within 90 days.

Communication

By becoming a member, you consent to receive essential service communications from TallyBoxHQ, including:

  • Account verification and security alerts.
  • Important service updates and changes to terms.
  • Household invitation and membership notifications.

We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
